Jessica Virden graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she graduated early with Highest Honors in December 2010. Ms. Virden was a member of the Bowen School of Law Moot Court Competition team, participating in two national moot court competitions. While in law school, Ms. Virden clerked for Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chris Piazza, the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, and the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Ms. Virden is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice before the Arkansas State Courts and the federal district courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
